What are the sizing options for candles?

Nearly all of our candles are offered in 4 oz and 16 oz. The larger size is definitely more bang for your buck. Don't let the 4 oz size steer you away though, all of our products are made with all natural soy which has a longer burn time than standard paraffin store bought candles. We also make our candles as strongly scented as possible. We don't skimp on the amount of fragrance we put in each candle.

What oils do we use and are they harmful?

We only use naturally derived oils infused with essential oils.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, once we drop off a package it is out of our hands. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it then contact the local USPS with the tracking number for more information. Be sure to verify the address was correct and check with any neighbors or friends who may have received the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns/Exchanges

Products at Kravchenko Krafted are all handmade in small batches by a husband and wife team. We are a growing small business and in order to provide the best possible products and quality control we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations/Order Changes

We are happy to make changes to an order and under most cases can offer a full cancellation within 48 hours of the order.

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS for most of our shipments as they provide the fastest shipping times. We cannot control how quickly shipments are processed through any shipping company.

What is processing time? 

Processing refers to the time it takes to be shipped, not the time it will take to be delivered. Generally, we start processing an order the day after the order is made.

Incorrect shipping address/returned packages.

Our shipping system will alert us if an address is not found. In which case we will attempt a confirmation of address via email. If a package is returned to us for invalid or incorrect address and are intact (unbroken), the buyer is responsible for any additional postage that is incurred as a result.

My candle arrived broken.

Upon arrival, please inspect all candles to ensure they've arrived intact. If a product is damaged please contact us with the order number and a photo of the broken item(s) and we are happy to provide a replacement at our expense.

My candles melted/leaked

Please be sure to pick a shipping address that is indoors or where someone can immediately bring the package indoors away from the heat. Soy wax will melt and leak if left outside in the heat for long. Be sure to check your tracking to know when your package is arriving. Our systems should notify you when a package is delivered either via text or email depending on your chosen method during the checkout process.
